At Just Elite, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Shipping Policy

  • Once you place an order, we will start processing your order and will be dispatched in 1-3 days. Depending on the location your order will be delivered within 3 to 10 working days after dispatch. Kindly contact us on Instagram/ WhatsApp for any custom and bulk orders.

  • ·A standard shipping fee of INR 60/- will be charged on all orders within India. Free shipping is subject to minimum purchase value of INR 1000.

  • For International orders, shipping charges vary according to the country. Kindly reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram before placing an international order to avoid any post order

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • We at Just Elite know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. We put in a lot of time and love into handcrafting your order and your satisfaction is very important to us!

  • Orders once executed cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded in any situation whatsoever. 

  • However, if any product is damaged during transit, replacement will be provided immediately. Replacement will be provided on sharing the unboxing video of your order. You can reach us on Instagram or WhatsApp for any claims. 

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene precautions. We accept exchanges if you ship the products back to our address in unused condition. In this case, you would bear the shipping costs to return the product and also for getting a new one in exchange.

  • Just Elite does NOT entertain forced returns and these are non-refundable. 
     

Payment Policy

  • We provide the most extensive set payment methods. We accept payments from all debit/credit cards, UPIs, and mobile wallets available in India. For any International orders kindly reach out to us on Instagram or WhatsApp.
